…where you can relax and enjoy our luxury-style bed and breakfast accommodation in the peace and tranquillity of the Glenbervie countryside.

The lodge has been designed exclusively to accommodate up to four guests at one time in privacy and comfort. It features tastefully decorated rooms throughout the house with two luxurious queen-size bedrooms which have ensuite bathrooms, tea/coffee making facilities, TV/DVDs and private patios.

Guests share our living space and can relax in our spacious lounge where we have comfortable sofas and a plasma TV, or enjoy a drink outside on the garden patio with its beautiful views out to the pine forest.

Set in two and a half acres of Totara forest close to the town of Whangarei, our lodge is ideally situated as a base for exploring the local countryside or for that quiet weekend away after a busy working week.

A convenient stopover en route to the Bay of Islands, we are only 2 hours driving distance from Auckland, 10 minutes from the shops and restaurants of Whangarei and 20 minutes away from the Tutukaka coast with its beautiful bays and white sandy beaches.

The area offers numerous recreational facilities set in scenic locations, so whatever your preference you can be sure of finding something that appeals to you. We have a number of booklets and brochures available at the lodge and can recommend or make any reservations for you.
