Room Facilities:	Queen-size rooms with private garden patio. Luxury beds, linen & towels. Ensuite bathroom with heated towel rail & under floor heating. DVD/TV, coffee/tea facilities, clock radio, personal safe.
Tariff:	Single occupancy: $160 NZ per night. Double occupancy: $185 NZ per night. Full or continental breakfast included. Dinner available by prior arrangement. $65 NZ pp.
Check in:	3:00 pm or by prior arrangement.
Check out:	11:00 am.
Payment Policy:	Your credit card details are required to secure your booking.
Cancellation Policy:	No charge will be incurred for cancellation up to 48 hrs prior to reservation date. Cancellation after this time will incur a charge of one nights stay.
